TWK Agri has an exciting seasonal opportunity available within its Grain Division at the Mkondo Silo in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. The organisation is seeking a dedicated General Worker (Seasonal) to support grain handling operations during peak periods. This role is suited to a physically fit and dependable individual who is comfortable working in an agricultural silo environment and contributing to efficient grain management processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and off-loading trucks, ensuring that grain is handled carefully and efficiently during intake and dispatch. The role includes sorting and storing grain according to operational standards to maintain quality and prevent contamination or loss. Maintaining a clean and neat working area is essential to uphold safety standards and ensure smooth workflow within the silo. The position requires flexibility, as the incumbent must be willing to work overtime when required and be available for night shifts during busy operational periods. Adherence to safety procedures and teamwork are critical to maintaining productivity and preventing workplace incidents.

The qualification requirements for this position include a Matric / Grade 12 certificate. Candidates must have good communication skills to ensure clear interaction with supervisors and team members.
