As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, ensuring every customer receives world-class service. The role requires supporting sales performance while maintaining impeccable store standards. Cash control and transactional accuracy are critical aspects of this role. The successful candidate will perform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances at all times. Managing daily cash control and banking processes in accordance with company procedures is essential. Manual transactions must be handled accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Stock management and organisation form another key responsibility. The incumbent will execute daily stock procedures to maintain store excellence, ensuring the sales floor and storeroom remain organised and aligned with brand standards. Managing customer orders efficiently and conducting weekly stock counts will support inventory accuracy. Completing shoe pairing exercises is essential to maintain display quality and stock integrity, ensuring that merchandise presentation reflects the premium nature of the brand.
