The company is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bottling & Labelling Assistant to join its production team. This role supports the seamless packaging of products, ensuring that every bottle leaving the facility reflects accuracy, efficiency, and excellence.

The successful candidate will assist with all activities related to bottling and labelling operations. Key responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and maintaining bottling and labelling equipment to ensure optimal performance. The role requires performing thorough quality checks to confirm correct filling levels, proper sealing, accurate labelling, and secure packaging. The Bottling & Labelling Assistant will also assist with the setup and changeover of bottling lines, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production flow. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment in line with health and safety requirements is critical. Accurate record-keeping of production runs and inventory levels is required to support operational control. The incumbent will work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and must report any equipment faults, irregularities, or safety concerns promptly to the Bottling or Production Manager. Performing additional related duties as required forms part of the role’s operational flexibility.

To qualify for this position, applicants should ideally have previous experience in a bottling or packaging facility, although this is advantageous rather than mandatory. Completion of the Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme (SKOP) will be beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required, as the role involves collaboration within a production team. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential to meeting operational deadlines and maintaining consistency.
