The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with excellent service by ensuring they are served promptly, their needs are fully understood, and their requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on achieving net profit growth for the business while delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Balanced Scorecard standards. Key responsibilities include managing the migration of accounts from transactional platforms to self-service channels, contributing to digital adoption and operational efficiency. The incumbent will also manage the growth of the active customer account base to expand the client portfolio and maximise cross-selling opportunities to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities to meet predetermined targets is essential, as is ensuring efficient administration through careful planning, reporting, and timely updating of all related information. Compliance with governance standards, legislative requirements, audit controls, and internal procedures, including adherence to the Golden Rules, is mandatory. Daily transaction reviews must be conducted to ensure new business applications are finalised within appropriate timelines. The role further requires providing accurate and reliable sales and service statistics, while actively managing personal development to enhance competencies and performance.

The qualification requirements for this position include a Grade 12 / Matric certificate as a minimum entry requirement. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, banking, business management, or a related field will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate experience in a customer service or sales-driven environment, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong communication skills, numerical competence, administrative accuracy, and the ability to meet sales targets are essential for success in this role.
