The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and presentation within executive offices. Daily duties include cleaning and sanitising executive offices, boardrooms, reception areas, kitchens, restrooms, and shared facilities. The role requires dusting, polishing, and sanitising furniture, fittings, and surfaces to ensure a pristine and professional working environment.

Waste management is a key responsibility, including proper disposal of waste, recycling, and replenishment of office and hygiene supplies. The Office Cleaner must ensure that cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and maintained according to health and safety guidelines. Monitoring office spaces for maintenance or repair requirements and reporting any issues promptly to management is also part of the role.

This position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality due to the executive nature of the environment. The successful candidate must respect sensitive information and maintain appropriate conduct at all times. Strong time management skills are required to complete tasks efficiently within set schedules, and clear communication is necessary to report issues or liaise with management when needed.
