The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, making professionalism and strong communication skills essential.
Key responsibilities include professionally answering and routing incoming telephone calls to relevant departments, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately, and attending to the needs of customers to ensure a positive experience. The role requires maintaining a busy reception area as the face of the company, ensuring that it remains neat, organised, and compliant with company procedures and standards.
Additional duties include taking and passing on messages accurately, organising meeting rooms, providing administrative and general support to management, and handling all post and courier matters. The Receptionist will also be responsible for filing documents correctly and ensuring that records are kept up to date.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, efficient communication with the entire team, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
