Successful learners will work in a structured environment where they will develop industry-specific knowledge and workplace skills aligned with insurance operations.

Participants will gain hands-on experience while working under supervision and guidance within the Centurion office. The programme is designed to equip learners with practical competencies that prepare them for entry-level roles in the insurance sector. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a FETC: Short-Term Insurance qualification at NQF Level 4.

The learnership includes a fixed monthly stipend for the duration of the programme. This opportunity is suitable for young individuals who have a genuine interest in building a career in short-term insurance and who demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn.

Applications without the required ID and Matric documentation will not be considered. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
