In this role, you will be responsible for complying with Marriott’s quality assurance standards while strictly following company safety and security procedures. Daily duties include ensuring that work areas remain clean and hazard-free, using proper equipment and personal protective clothing where required, and applying correct lifting techniques to prevent injury. You will follow established guidelines for handling chemicals and hazardous materials in line with safety data sheets and company policy. Identifying unsafe conditions and reporting them promptly is a key part of maintaining Marriott’s high operational standards. You may also assist with moving equipment or materials, perform general operational tasks, and support emergency procedures when necessary, including evacuations or medical incidents.

To qualify for this opportunity with Marriott International, candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience. While no supervisory experience is required, applicants should demonstrate reliability, physical fitness, and a strong understanding of workplace safety principles. The ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to and above 50 pounds when required is essential. Experience following structured policies and procedures in hospitality, maintenance, or a similar environment will be advantageous.
